At Sokudo Empire, we’re committed to fast, reliable delivery so you can rock your gear without the wait.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Note: During high-demand periods or product drops, processing may take slightly longer.
Free Shipping on Qualified Orders
We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada on qualified orders.
Details on eligibility are displayed at checkout.
Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.
No International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. or Canada. Stay tuned as we work to expand our shipping zones in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or if it arrives damaged:

Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Sokudo Empire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
