Backpack Giveaway Guidelines

1. Family Limit

• Each child in the household can receive one backpack.

• Maximum of 3 backpacks per family (to make sure more families get served).

2. Eligibility

• Open to school-aged children K–12.

• Parent/guardian must be present with children, or provide proof of enrollment (report card, student ID, or school letter).

3. Availability

• Backpacks will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

• No reservations or holds — you must be present at the event to receive one.

4. Distribution Process

• Families will check in at the registration table.

• Volunteers will help children choose a backpack (variety of colors, while supplies last).

• Once the limit per family is reached, no additional backpacks will be distributed.

5. Cutoff

• Giveaway runs until supplies run out.

• We encourage families to arrive early to ensure availability.

6. Community Courtesy

• Backpacks are intended for students who need them for the upcoming school year.

• Please respect the limits so all families have a chance to benefit.
